~For Burgess or Dugger over at Shapeshifter Seductions.  Either, I'm sure, could make it sound sinful!~

  1. "Spruiker : man who stands outside a nightclub or restaurant trying to persuade people to enter" ~ This from my Aussie slang list. And now I have 'spruik' to add. Thanks!

Oh, I so love it. Burgess and Dugger must get to know one another... that is if Penelope ever lets her penguino up for air.

  2. Oooh, yeah, I've had some serious sleep issues when I hit the big M... never before. For some reason covering my head seemed to help. For a time, I discovered the only way could sleep was to turn on a light. I read at the time where sometimes the pituitary doesn't get enough light, and you can't sleep because of it. Well, at least, a natural sunlight bulb aimed at my face worked.

  3. Hehe...letting Burgess up would be a good thing, but Penny has missed him so. It might be a while. ;)

I can see where a natural sunlight bulb would be a great help. I know around the middle of winter I find myself desperate of a good, hearty sun. :D

Sleep issues suck! I have sleep apnea and can say happiness and sleep, you can't have one without the other.

  4. Oh yuck! On the sleap apnea. I know there are natural remedies, but I don't know what they are... I'll have to investigate. I think one of them is using magnesium oil at night. You just rub it on your skin.

  5. Ooh, natural remedies would be cool for nights I can't use my little Darth Vader mask. hehe

I know some folks hate their sleep masks, but not me...I've been to the dark side of sleep apnea (falling asleep behind the wheel of a moving vehicle - yuck... thankfully I didn't hurt anyone.) and that little beauty gives me a link to the force!

LOL...yes, I'm done referencing Star Wars. For now anyway. Hehe
