Her Way...Rocks!!

Just a quick note today....

So I happened across a new song on the Internet today, The Way by Mary C

I'm a huge music lover and always on the look out for new groups. I'm ecstatic when I find someone new to listen to, especially when its a strong female voice.

The Way has a real rocking R&B feel...Take a listen and expect to be impressed.

A Bridge Collapse...

First let me say that my thoughts and prayers go out to everyone dealing with the aftermath of the I35 bridge collapse.....

I'm simply astounded at what has happened here. Mpls is for the most part a quiet city. Do we have crime? Of course, but certainly not on the same scale as the larger cities. Do we have to deal with earthquakes, hurricanes or tsunami's? No, the worst natural disasters we face are tornado's and flooding, but for each of those we have a little forewarning.

A collapsing bridge? Who would have ever thought it would happen...

I never did, but from now on, I will be very happy to get from one side of a bridge to the other safely.

Thankfully my family is all safe, but...

Remember...hug your loved ones often and tell them you love them every time the go out, it is a small thing that means so much.
