Magic, Sexy men, ass-kicking, adventure, sexy men, vampires, shapeshifters, sexy men, magic and best of all, Anita Blake. This story in the Anita Blake series is a true temptation and not to be missed. :)
Oh Jolie, I would definitely recommend the Anita Blake series. But start at the beginning and read them in order, the characters growth from story to story is amazing. :)
I also enjoy her Merry Gentry series. Hers is one of the few fey stories that I've been able to wrap myself around.
I've only read a couple of Hamiltons and none of this series. I might have to give it a try. I've heard a lot of good things about it.
