The Darling Diva and I are getting into the swing of this summer thing. Movies, crafts, reading, reading and more reading fill our day. For me I add in there writing, thank goodness, cause I'd surely go nuts without that. However, I've changed up my writing pattern which has thrown me for a bit of a loop. Where I was doing most of my writing in the afternoon, now I'm trying to do it in the morning while DD is sleeping/in summer school. I like writing in the morning as I'm fresh then, but by afternoon I've forgotten to blog and keep up with the blogs I visit...
Yep, time for a reminder list. :) I feel like I have a lot of them this summer.
DD's teacher for next year handed out a required reading list for the summer...(heaven, where was this when I was in school) so I'm helping her track books/pages/time read. She, being a kiddo, would rather be playing anything than reading, but I love it... I've enforced several blocks of reading time in the day, which I have happily agree to read with her. Does it get any better than having to spend time reading?!
