Wednesday Word of the Day

Even though frustration is not our word today, this picture tickles me and fits the bill for my week in pictures.

koan \KOH-ahn\, noun:

A nonsensical or paradoxical question to a student for which an answer is demanded, the stress of meditation on the question often being illuminating.

~huh?  ;)

  1. huh, is right!

I guess it's supposed to be get-in-touch-with-yourself sort of thing.

  2. This must be the word for the, "what is the sound of one hand clapping?" question. Koan...I'll have to remember this for Scrabble!

  3. Hmmm, could be, Savanna, could be. ;)

  4. LOL...there ya go, Cara, I like it. We'll go with that explanation! Oh heck yeah, that would be an awesome scrabble word. ;)
