Ferly \FER-lee\, noun:

Ferly is derived from Old English fǣrlīc meaning fǣr (fear) and -līc (-ly). It was related to the German gefährlich meaning dangerous.

    Ferly, the mysterious werewolf, strolled into the sunbaked dusty town, one hand resting on the butt of his gun. No one knew just how dangerous he could be, given he wasn't certain where his ferocious nature ended...
